Expert Service
As your Coach I will focus on the present and on what you need to do in order to create the
future you want. This involves clarifying your values, your goals, your mission in life and
your gifts, among other things. I will facilitate this process by asking provocative questions,
offering honest feedback and inspiring you with new ideas, concepts, strategies and
frameworks that help reorient you around success, as you define it. Throughout the process,
I will offer a supportive environment by championing you when things are moving forward
and respecting you when progress gets stalled.
As your Coach I will focus on the present and on what you need to do in order to create the
future you want. This involves clarifying your values, your goals, your mission in life and
your gifts, among other things. I will facilitate this process by asking provocative questions,

Experience
I have been a coach since the 1990's, and am working to receive my certification as a Life
Coach. I have assisted clients through motivation freeze. Sometimes it just seems too difficult
to get started. I understand this. The Gremlin of procrastination takes over and things just
don't move. I can help you work with your inner Gremlin and get you going on the path you
are most desiring to be on. I have also coached clients with marriage issues, crisis issues,
and addiction related issues including weightloss. As a person struggling with weight issues
my whole life, I understand the changes that you are going through, and can assist you in
living a life of value. I also do EFT, Akashic Field Therapy and Reiki as necessary.
We can redefine together through specific therapeutic tools what life, love, happiness is, to
discover new positive dimensions of what being alive means!
My work is my Passion and I also feel it is my Purpose. I believe in Honesty, Compassion and
in Spirit's Light. My Intention is to create a Safe and Loving space for my clients to work
through their challenges. I am also here to hold You accountable and to bring in my Gifts as
we find the answers to Your needs and questions.
You will find that my sessions are honest, accurate and I work fast, for the most part. I don't
believe in spending more time with my Clients than They need!
