First 20 Minute Consultation: FREE!
Your first Life Coaching Session will be in person or on the phone. Please allow at least two hours.
Together, we will identify old unfulfilling patterns/habits/beliefs that no longer serve you and map out a
Plan of Action to move toward your Goal. You will go away with specific tasks to complete and I will be
available to support you by phone and email if needed. You will also gain invaluable insight into what
keeps you “stuck” and obstacles to avoid to stay on “track” with your Goal.
One Month Sessions –
Week 1 - Involves a one on one session to identify what is NOT working in your life. Then,
with the Intention of creating the Life of your Dreams, together we will address
old wounds/habit patterns that keep you separate from what you want.
Week 2 - I will use Akashic Field Therapy Click Here for Explanation and the Emotional Freedom
Technique to assist you to identify and heal these patterns in our second session.
Week 3 - In our third session we will map out a specific Plan Of Action to achieve your Goal(s). I will
become your accountability partner in achieving your goal, one step at a time. We will communicate by
email or phone daily as needed. I will give you “homework assignments” to bring to our final session.
Week 4 - Our Fourth Session will be to identify “blocks” that come up or issues where we get “stuck” or
want to “fall off the wagon” so to speak. We will address your homework assignments where you will
have written down your “self-talk”, any beliefs that are holding you back, etc… I will give you practical
tools to use to hold yourself accountable and stay on track to achieving your goals.
Three Month Sessions –
I join with you in your Goal for Transformation. Together, we will identify and heal old belief
systems/habits that keep you from changing. We will create a Plan of Action for Transformation,
adjusting the Plan according to your specific challenges as needed to accomplish your Goal. I will give
you weekly homework assignments that will be written and experiential. I will be your Accountability
Partner as well as share tools with you to hold yourself accountable. We will communicate in person, by
phone, email and/or web conferencing via Skype as needed.
Three Questions/Email –
Contact me with Three Questions about whatever is causing your frustration, pain/suffering or fear. I
will pull 3 Life Patterns using Akashic Field Therapy as well as use my natural intuitive ability to assist
you in finding balance and peace in your life. I will answer your questions via email and/or mail a hard
copy to you tools for transformation within one week.
